Samburu Sopa Lodge - Kenya

Samburu Sopa Lodge is built a top raised ground allowing panoramic views of the distant Samburu hills to one side and Mt Kenya on the other. The lodge is situated 325 km from Nairobi, in the middle of the park, and close to the new Oryx airstrip.The public area are airy and spacious with views of the surrounding area. The reception is decorated with local artefacts, and rich earth colours typical of the Samburu Area have been well blended. The lodge has many unique features including a swimming pool and gift shop.Accommodation consists of 30 cottages, each with two bedrooms and two queeen-size beds, shower and private veranda. Local material have been used in the construction, furnishings and interior decoration. High ceilings ensure that the rooms are airy and comfortable.As well
