One of your employee secured a loan with his land tital deed which he sold to me with an expectation of settling his loan in a years time, unfortunately he informed me that he was relieved of his work without clearing his loan,

Here comes a question, what can I do to get the same title did? And is it possible to make an arrangement of availing myself for further clarifications?

If someone borrowed money from your nakuru branch, can he cleared it here in nairobi? 2nd if the kept the title at nakuru, can it be cleared and released here in nairobi after the final payment? 3rd how long does it to clear the title after payment? please advice,
