I Went in for hair treatment and somehow got convinced to braid at the same time. I usually have a person who comes and braids in the house and she does a fabulous job and charges me ksh1500.
This salon charged me ksh 2000 which I didn't mind until half way when I realized my braids/twist were so messy and I kept asking for it to be corrected. I eventually gave up since it was getting late at night and I was frustrated with how it looked. They blamed it on the extension type but they are the ones who bought it knowing it is a terrible quality.
They also charged ksh2000 which is supposedly for pedicure/manicure but they just apply polish without washing/scrubbing etc which I would pay in CBD for a full pedicure/manicure.
My honest suggestion, take care of your customers so they can come back tomorrow/ next time and even give you recommendation, take responsibility when given feedback on services dont just brush it off.
