AREA OF PRACTISE:
CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL LAW
a. Public Procurement and Tendering Processes
We advise private enterprises interested in participating in procurement processes with public entities. We assist in compiling tender documents, submission of documents, understanding of the Public Procurement and Disposal Act and regulations, handling public procurement appeals etc.

We provide consultancy services to public entities in the review, implementation and compliance to Public procurement and Disposal Act and Regulations.

b. International Trade and Investment

Heloo?, do you also deal with fraudster cases of land? I bought a land in Siaya but after completing the whole transaction is when I realised the Surveyor frauded everything and when I took the case to police station the lawyer and Surveyor colluded and everything was silence at the police station. Could you help me in representation of this case?
