Location: Nairobi, Central, Eastern, Western, Rift Valley, Nyanza, and Coast regions.

Gross Salary: 23-30k.

Job Overview: Established Micro-Finance Company licensed in Kenya seeks to hire a Sales Team Leader to spearhead business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously recruit and train new sales representatives.
• Supervise daily and weekly sales targets and activities.
• Motivate and mentor the sales team, ensuring product knowledge and selling skills.
• Identify new market opportunities and maintain returns on investments.
• Manage team attrition rate and support marketing activities.
• Conduct regular team appraisals and monitor competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, preferably in micro lending including logbook and vehicle financing, SME loans, and Agri-finance.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills are essential.
