Job offer: Finance Officer

AGRA seeks a Finance Officer – Country Support to manage daily finance operations of the assigned country(s), ensuring smooth coordination with the Nairobi finance unit. This role includes budgeting, forecasting, preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting annual audits.

• Development and maintenance of financial analysis and reporting for assigned countries.
• Identification and resolution of invoicing issues and financial discrepancies.
• Management of budgets and forecasts aligned with AGRA policies.
• Maintenance and verification of fixed assets register.
• Coordination with finance and HR teams to prepare financial reports.
• Organizing financial records and planning for timely tax filings and vendor payments.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with professional experience in financial monitoring. An MBA or related professional qualification (CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
