Job Purpose: The candidate will handle student graduation requirements, audit degrees, and manage academic records under the University Registrar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process graduation applications accurately and timely.
• Verify and post degree certificates on transcripts.
• Coordinate graduation documentation and program printing.
• Compile and verify course requirements for degrees.
• Oversee the computerized degree audit system and provide end-user training.
• Update student records and ensure their accuracy.
• Prepare and manage graduation ceremonies.
• Handle online clearance and issuance of degree certificates.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of registrar functions and perform cross-departmental communication.

Specialized Tools/Facilities Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CARS system for data management.

Skills Required:

• Strong report writing and analytical skills.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High computer literacy and customer care expertise.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in related roles.
