Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise purchasing activities.
• Develop procurement plans for cake production supplies.
• Enforce procurement policies and maintain purchase records.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and handle budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Lavington residency or willingness to relocate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong skills in communication, leadership, and teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure, on Sundays, and holidays.
