Job offer: Credit Control Manager – Nairobi, Kenya

We are seeking a highly experienced Credit Control Manager to oversee our credit management and debt collection departments. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for evaluating credit risk, enforcing credit limits, and ensuring adherence to the company's credit policies.

• Liaise with the invoicing team to ensure billing accuracy and timeliness.
• Set and monitor collection goals for Credit Controllers.
• Communicate with clients to secure payments on overdue accounts.
• Maintain professional client relationships and departmental efficiencies.
• Provide updates to senior management regarding fiscal concerns associated with non-payments.
• Ensure accurate daily recording of transactions and secure handling of payments.
• Keep debtor information current and conduct financial reviews periodically.

• Minimum of 7 years in credit management or related fields is required.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar; professional finance or accounting certification is essential.
• Proficiency in ERP and related accounting software.
