The organization is seeking a Digital Fundraising Officer to enhance income and supporter engagement through innovative digital channels. This position involves collaborating closely with the Individual Giving Manager and playing a key role in content development, campaign execution, and digital marketing strategies to boost donor acquisition and retention.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital fundraising campaigns, focusing on engaging storytelling and strategic supporter interaction.
- Create and manage content across various digital platforms including website fundraising pages and email campaigns.
- Lead digital advertising efforts and oversee data analysis to improve digital fundraising initiatives.
- Support strategic planning and provide reports on digital fundraising effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably within a non-profit setting.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, data analytics, and familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Competence in both English and Swahili, with a willingness to travel internationally if required.
