We are seeking an experienced College Principal to lead our well-established academic institution in Nairobi, with travel to campuses in Mombasa, Kisumu, and Nakuru. This pivotal role includes managing the college and a consultancy firm, ensuring financial viability, enforcing governance, implementing board projects, and keeping the board informed on educational developments.

• Leadership and overall management of the college
• Administration of board meetings and serving as the Board Secretary
• Overseeing financial management and staff recruitment, excluding senior management
• Acting as the face of the college for branding and visibility

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate in Business Administration/Management or Educational Institution Management
• Professional qualifications in HRM, Education, or Business Management, and at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
• Doctoral qualification in a business-related area is preferred
