Job Opportunity: Programme Officer at ECHO, Sudan.

The European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) is seeking a Programme Officer based in Port-Sudan. Responsibilities include managing humanitarian activities, project assessments, strategy development, and daily management of the ECHO antenna.

• Contribute to ECHO's overall strategy and policy application.
• Appraise and monitor project proposals based on strategic alignment.
• Prepare and submit project assessment documents.
• Collaborate on policy reviews with experts.
• Potential to supervise staff and manage regional tasks.

Applicants should possess a university degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years in humanitarian project management and excellent knowledge of international humanitarian standards and policies. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
