Position: Healthcare Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Nairobi

Reporting to: Administrator

This role involves ensuring high-quality healthcare services by conducting audits, coordinating teams, addressing service gaps, and reporting on activities.

• Conduct thorough reviews of clinical records and nurse documentation for compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure communication between care teams and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement and actively participate in training and performance improvement endeavors.
• Produce regular reports on quality assurance activities and support staff in adhering to best practices.

Requirements include a degree in Nursing or related medical field, at least five years of nursing experience, a current license, and strong analytical skills.
