About the Role:

This position involves leading the expansion and success of Bolt Rides in Kenya through strategic collaboration with both local and headquarters teams covering areas like Product, Public Relations, Growth Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Regulation, and Customer Support.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Ownership of organizational growth, leading and nurturing a high-performing team.
• Full responsibility for financial and strategic planning, directly managing the P&L statement to ensure optimal decisions are made.
• Enhancing procedures for business efficiency, and legal compliance, while boosting productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Driving brand expansion and partnership development in alignment with strategic business goals.

What We Expect:

• At least 7 years' experience in operations or general management with a proven ability to drive business growth.
• Strong leadership with excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
• Highly analytical with superior Excel skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
