Job offer: ICT Administrator

Mombasa Continental Resort, a tropical and fully equipped resort, is seeking an ICT Administrator to manage and enhance our IT systems.

The role entails ensuring efficient operation of all hotel ICT systems, including networking, software, and guest technologies, while also providing staff support and maintaining data security.

• Responsible for IT systems including networks and software such as Opera and MICROS.
• Assures data security compliance and provides IT support and staff training.

Qualifications required include a degree in IT or related field, over three years of ICT experience (preferably in hospitality), and strong skills in networking, cybersecurity, problem-solving, and communication.
