Question for INTERMEDIATE TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT GROUP

Who could I contact with regard to an idea I have to do with solar power (especially in relation to water-lifting)? I am a retired Economics lecturer, with a research interest in the rural economy in poorer countries, especially Africa.
