Question for Bank of India -Head office

My lawyer Beatrice Nduta dropped off some court documents regarding the late Lalita Bhadresa. I am following up as any account in the name of Lalita Bhadresa need to be transferred to my name. Can u tell me the procedure so that I may access funds. Thanks Zaieda
