Question for Kenya Power & Lighting Co Ltd

I was connected in September10th and told to buy tokens until now no network and account not in KPLCL systems. I have been adviced to travel all the way to Machakos for assistance.i put up a house BETWEEN Malaa and former police commissioner ETEERE'S farm that is off Kangundo road.please advice way forward as have gone to STIMA PLAZA, ELECTRICITY HSE, DORNHOLM (lunga lunga ) Ruai and now HAVE BEEN adviced for MACHAKOS?
