Question for Barclays Bank of Kenya Ltd -Queensway Branch

HI........I did an ATM withdrawal transaction at Moi Avenue ATM 1 on Friday of Kshs. 40,000 in which on the ATM screen it showed me a decline message but i too received a message through my phone of a debit of the same amount. i tried to make a call for customer care for help but it was in vain. on Saturday morning i presented myself at Queensway Branch of which i was told wait by the end the Day. It is so unfortunately no positive reply i have received yet. Please help due to urgency of the cash.My phone no. ********
