Question for Computer Planet

Have tried to check on my setting on the volume issue but setting its volume to be full for ringtone alert ,message alert ,alarm alert but when someone calls i dont hear the right tone. Injoo max2. Kindly help because people dont now that my phone is the one with a problem not produce ringtone to alert me when there is a call or a text
