Question for Barclays Bank of Kenya Ltd -Nairobi West


I down graded my account No ********o340 from Prestige to Ordinary about 4 months ago. This was inadvertently not effected.Customer care representative from Nairobi West Branch called me and promised that appropriate action will be taken and reversals made. This has not yet been done.Whhy?
