Question for Techno Customer Care


I bought a phone, tecno spark, on 5th jan 2018 and by 10th of jan 2018 its software crashed. I took it to carlcare on the 11th Jan 2018 and was to be contacted by a week. Till now no communication has been made, all the customer care phone contacts are not operational and I'm in need of a phone. It is a new phone and I'm greatly inconvenienced. I need answers
