Question for Karatina Maternity & Nursing Home

My wife delivered in your hospital like 2 days ago,she have come to be picked koz she is been discharged and the hospital bill is at 70,000 which i have no problem with BUT the problem is,it is now being said that when she was brought in,it was in a state of emergency and 10,000 will be added to the bill!!.How is that possible??And if it is why were we not informed before!!it is being said now tht we are picking her.....I think this is being unfair.
