Question for Narok Line Services Ltd

Are you guys doing express services? Some of your drivers are not good in P. R, they are keeping us on the road for longer hrs with essence that, they picking passengers along the way! Some people have interviews, appointments with Doctors at Tenwek etc, and you find this guys are keeping us for long picking and dropping along the way.
