Question for M G Kaume & Co Advocates

My name is Eric Ithai njalli. I am seeking advice on Land issue. It's now more than ten years since our grandfather died and the piece of land he left for his sons has not been shared because the title deed is held in secret by his elder son by the name Stanley linguu. Our residence is in that piece of land and that so called Stanley is threatening my father to evacuate while he is doing his development in the same Land.
