Question for AUCMA Digital Technology Africa Ltd

Hello. I have an Aucma Tv which is behaving in a funny manner. one you press the power button the tv does not light up,the screen is still black as it looks when its off though the button lights up to show the tv is on. it has done this now for one week. what could be the problem and how can this problem befixed? The tv is only 3yrs old.
