I'm a member of Embakasi Ranching Company Limited actually I stay in my plot I purchased in the year 2007.In the process of title preparation there is an amount called topup which I was to[d to pay.Please let me know what is it for and whether it is part of title payment yet processing of titles was a directive given by the President.
