Question for Safmarine Kenya Ltd

My name is George Mwaura,you have my cargo in a container which I imported from China.The shipper-Guangzhou Solace power has cleared with you and you wrote an email to show that.My clearing agent cannot process as you have the original documents.Please advice on what to do to fast truck them as I'm already incurring loses in storage.I also need to get an update on this matter.Thanks.
