Question for Prestige Shuttle Ltd

Why is it taking long to deliver my parcel that was sent on Saturday in your Nairobi office to be delivered to Eldoret?? Today is a Monday and the parcel hasn't reached Eldoret. Am trying to call you guys nobody is picking up my call. What's wrong with you guys??
