Question for Global Freight Logistics Ltd

Today I received a call from one James stating that he works with your office and that I received a parcel from UK. He indicated that I had to pay clearance and delivery fee. I want confirmation of the same. I think it is a scam.
kindly, how do i confirm that the information is true?
