Question for Moi International Airport Mombasa

Hello am Caroline Wendo,I was expecting a package from UK sent by FRANK PAUL this morning I have received a call from Al lady telling me that the package has arrived that I should make some payments through Mpesa ..is this true or it's a scam please confirm it for me.
