Question for Kenya Scouts Association

Am a 19 old lady in Catholic University of East Africa Langata campus.Am very passionate about scouts and I would like to train as and maybe later be a trainer too.I have an experiemce of training scouts from my Highschool since I was a scout school commander...can you help?
