Question for Embakasi Ranching Co Ltd

Hi embakasi Ranching family. Am Rombo, I live in Nakuru.what happens to my plot, I misplaced my papers, I'd not been issued with a title deed yet. I mean, where do I begin from? What's the procedure? I've so far obtained a police abstract from the ruai police, I've also sworn an affidavit. How do I move from there? Pls advice me
