Question for Techno Customer Care

Hi? My techno w3 has issues with internet connection some apps specifically WhatsApp and Instagram can't access the internet yet other apps are working perfectly I don't want reboot my phone coz I did it once it solved the problem and it came back again any help I can get will be helpful tx
