Question for Ainu Shamsi Energy Ltd

I'm a legally registered owner of lr no 209/******** and 209/******** pumwani I came to know you also have a legally registered title 209/********, I went I submitted my documents to the registrar of titles, but now I was advised by my friend to settle this matter outside the court since we are going to loose a lot both of us,the company and me.please I need your advice.
