Question for Huawei Technologies Co Ltd

This is Robert from Kenya.
My HUAWEI Ascent Y330 has been draining power when charging. I have tried different chargers but all have failed.
I thought its the charging pot with the problem, but its not because the phone shows a lighting icon just as previous. My phone is still new and in good condition.
