Question for K-Rep Bank Ltd -Kawangware

I and my friend have been trying to open a joint account there. Every time we came we were told our IDs aren't on the governments register. Yesterday we were told the same and we decided to try equity bank and we managed to open the account. Please upgrade your systems as you are losing potential customers. We would have talked to your customer care but it was late you had closed. Thanks. Dorcas
