My name is Victor Otieno,I bought a motorbike BAJAJ KMEC-136Z.On 12th-May-2017.Up to now I have not got the NUMBER PLATE for the motorbike and Imagine it OPERATES a boda.My question is how long should a NUMBER PLATE take to be processed and if this can take this long therefore how long will a LOG BOOK take?
