Review of Elfi Dental Care

I went in for a standard consultation which i was advised would be ksh 2,000 which i was happy to pay for. I met the doctor who checked my teeth and advised to get an X-Ray, though forgot to mention it is charged. At the end of the visit i proceeded to the front desk only to be informed by the front desk that my bill had now reached ksh 7,000 for only consultation with no extra work done. I insisted on getting the X-Rays for my reference since i had paid for them and turned into another debacle. I was so shocked and absolutely disappointed and will opt to go elsewhere for any treatment that i was to schedule. This blatantly lack of communication is a huge mistake.
**To be fair they emailed me good copies of the X-Rays after 2 hours though i simply wouldn't go back as i hate the BAIT & SWITCH and that just doesn't sit right with me***
