Review POOR SERVICES

Last night the 20/3/2018 a Citi Hoppa bus KBP 747A was hijacked along Mombasa road, and we were robbed to an extent some of the passengers were stabbed with pen knives, the bus that uses the Mombasa road route was diverted and we went to be ditched in Ryosambu.Even when we tried to call the CITTI Hoppa helpdesk numbers they were not going through and to make matters worse these goons are helped by the driver and the conductor.
CITTI hOPPA YOUR SERVICES ARE JUST POOR AND PATHETIC.
