Review Fraudsters, with little intention to serve clients

I called Lord Sugar, and gave them all they needed in order to follow up on an outstanding debt. I paid 5% of the amount, and that was the last time to ever hear from them. I have made several calls, and there is always an excuse - was out of the country, i am at luch, will call you back, etc.
I have never received any update, nor communication regarding my work, 3 months later, as of this review.
