Review Overpromise and under deliver is their motto

Terrible company. Exaggerates speeds they offer. If you buy the 10MBPs package, good luck getting 2-3MBPs. Uploads on those package hardly reach 0.1MBPs. They don’t provide any tech support at home after installing. They just play with settings on their own end which achieves nothing. A terrible monopoly that will go bankrupt as soon as a reasonable ethical competition arises.
