Review Disrespect and unprofessional ethics at work

My name is Rukia Lugogo and l have been using G4S as a pickup and sending parcel all along. however, today l was highly disappointed when a random lady who was at the G4s station at Nkrumah Road NSSF Building disrespected me in the highest level ever, she was rude, unprofessional and had no ethics of speaking to clients.

l had to leave my parcel and walk away from the station hoping to collect it the next day. kindly, advice your workers and educate them on how to speak to clients otherwise l will withdraw from using G4S
