BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I came to your offices in JADALA place to genuinely inquire whether i would be given a car insurance cover.The receptionist sent me to a lady in the back office she was very rude and used very explicit words and to top it all up she said she doesn't insure people she doesn't know. I acted professionally and i did not over react but on her part she expressed lack of maturity. Which should not exist in a corporate environment.
