Review terrible customer service

i went to their store location in Nairobi at Ambasseduer and instead of directing on how i should place my order, Caren and her mates just stared. i placed my order and one rudely told to pay first.
i paid and was given a mix of burnt chocolate chip cookies and soggy coconut cookies.i was served by Caren.
