Review Rude Driver

Hello,

I am a very dissatisfied customer from Eldoret. I made a payment via your website which did not reflect due to various reasons. I called your customer care team who said that it will be worked on and delivery will be done 2 days ago which was not the case and no communication was shared to that regard. I get a call from one of your drivers who said that he is at Eldoret and wants to deliver. I explained where they should deliver. I requested that he could share his WhatsApp number so that I could drop a pin which I did. I later called to find out where he was and these were his responses:

1. The delivery point is very far. This is false as the delivery point is a 5 minutes drive from Eldoret CBD.
2. He has a very big truck and my mattress is just a small thing and he will therefore return it to the office.
3. That he was told to deliver in Eldoret town by the office and I should follow up with the office since I did not deal with him.
4. He is in a hurry to get back to Nairobi.

In my opinion, he was very unprofessional and rude displaying poor customer care. I am really shocked as I am a repeat customer who relocated to Eldoret and opted to use Superfoam instead of all other options in this market.

The customer care have confirmed that I will receive my refund which I would really appreciate and seek for an alternative supplier.
