Review Customer service

For the most part service is okay ,but I feel like you can improve on customer service ...i had a bad experience today.Disappointed...Lets just say its not more so what is said to the customer but how it is said.I have noticed some of your employees talk and act the way they want coz most customers won't complain but am the wrong one ,I called out one of your employees in the smaller outlet in Kiambu.
