You get the best rates and customer service is excellent because Dr. Sambu is quick to respond and solves any issues effectively. I make calls from Canada but a Kenya local number displays on the receiving end which my mother and other family members can call me back using that same number like they would call a local number within Kenya, at no cost to them, which is an a bonus!

It took me time though getting used to having to redial certain numbers after hearing "this number does not exist!" voice recording message and, instead of voice warning, I get drop calls halfway through my phone conversations as an indicator I have only half time left before my phone credit depletes. Overall I am happy with the service.
