Review Lost luggage

I sent my luggage since Dec 2020 and till date it has never arrived in Mombasa.It's so bad that even when I try to ask them about the luggage they are like...we sent the luggage and the lorry didn't arrive on time.i wonder where the lorry disappeared to until now.u should at least be honest and offer fair services.i cannot recommend someone to use transline.
