Review Don't trust him at all

Richard Otara filed a constitutional petition against the police and immigration offices. Told me the judge told him to personally serve the parties in Nairobi and Mombasa so he needed an additional Ksh 50,000 for travel expenses. He told me he went but there was no evidence in my court file that he served the other parties. He told me the wrong date for my hearing. The petition he wrote lacked any evidence. During the hearing he promised the judge to file evidence within 2 days but he never did anything else on my case even though I paid him his full fee up front. Do not trust this guy. His partner is also annoying when he doesn't show up for an appointment. Otara is a con man.
